They could have just printed the image without this "warning," as it was ordered by me. Unfortunately, I had to realize after receiving the photo mosaic that the quality is indeed not optimal. However, I do not blame them for this, as they did warn me in advance. On the contrary: I am so thrilled with their amazing customer service that I would order photo mosaics from them again anytime. :D

It takes a bit of time and sometimes doesn't work immediately, in which case just let it recalculate.
