Finally, I found software that allowed me to realize a long-held idea. The software is easy to use, and the various design options are good. I am very satisfied with the quality of the finished product (Alu-Dibond 100x70 cm). The pre-installed hanging system for the picture is also very sturdy. Secure packaging and prompt delivery also convinced me.
Perhaps the steps in the "overlay" could be made a bit more differentiated, so that the different brightness levels can be better balanced for each picture.

Creating the mosaic was easy and the final result quite good. A hint at the beginning that only landscape photos are used (or did I see that wrong in the preview images?) would have changed the picture selection beforehand.

The picture looks fantastic! Additionally, it was created in a very, very short time. It took less than 5 minutes including the download of the software. The delivery times are generously stated. The picture arrived a few days earlier. It was a birthday present and my parents were very happy about it. Unfortunately, there was a (small) transport damage, even though the picture was very well and securely packed. DHL probably didn't handle it very "carefully". After a short email, Rapid Mosaic immediately produced a new picture. That's of course great and my parents (and I) are very happy! I can only recommend it - anytime again!
