To find the perfect arrangement for an event, I had about 10 different mosaics calculated. Every time I could rely on Rapidmosaic.com. The images were always visible after about 2 hours, and I could experiment with the settings. When I finally made my decision, I was nervous because the image needed to be ready for an upcoming date - but everything was fine. A few hours after I received the shipping confirmation, the image was at the door (express shipping).

I ordered a mosaic for my wife. It turned out really great and was very well received. However, you have to be careful when editing on the computer. Zoomed into the picture, the mosaic tiles appear larger. In my opinion, 2 cm should be the minimum, otherwise you might easily need a magnifying glass (but that's in the eye of the beholder ;-) ).
Conclusion: Good quality, fast processing, safe and quick shipping, happily again!

After ordering the photo mosaic, I was contacted by customer service: I had only used a passport photo as the source image, which due to its small size would negatively affect the quality of the final product (70x100cm). They asked if I still wanted the photo to be printed. As an aid in making my decision, they even provided me with the expected final product as a JPG file. I think this customer service is great! They could have just printed the image without this "warning," as it was ordered by me. Unfortunately, I had to realize after receiving the photo mosaic that the quality is indeed not optimal. However, I do not blame them for this, as they did warn me in advance. On the contrary: I am so thrilled with their amazing customer service that I would order photo mosaics from them again anytime. :D
