1. Surprise: The easy handling and capabilities of the app, which allows for excellent control over the result.
2. Surprise: Uploading the images (500 in my case) is completed in a very short time, even with very slow internet (4.8 Mbit/s).
3. Surprise: The result! A poster print 50 X 60 cm, where the individual images are still recognizable depending on the theme and background.
Positive aspects also include the in my opinion reasonable price and the quite short delivery time.
I would have liked the possibility to exchange individual images at certain spots to subtly improve the base motif. For that, the app would probably have to become significantly larger.

Overall very satisfactory and based on my experience, recommendable.

For an anniversary, I created some mosaic pictures. The online interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. The delivery was timely. What I didn't like as much was that some photos were only sorted out as unusable afterward, and the reason wasn't clear. There should be an indication of the main reasons for rejection. The user can then decide whether to correct photos. If more than one mosaic is ordered, the ordering process should make it possible for everything to be shipped in one package.
Overall, however, a great application that I highly recommend.

Since some reviews mention that the frequency of images is inconsistent and it was only noticed after printing/order, suggestions like a checklist in the program would be excellent, prompting users to check brightness and frequency among other things.
Delivery was fast, and customer service was friendly and helpful.
