Measures for Verifying Reviews

Our products are rated exclusively by customers who have actually purchased them. Each review listed here is from a real customer for their genuine order in our shop. The measures we use to ensure this in our review process are briefly explained below.

When and How?

Approximately 5 to 10 days after a completed order, we ask the customer to leave a review. The request is sent per order via an email to the email address used for the order.
If no review is submitted within the next 7 days, we will remind you with another email. After that, no further review requests will be sent.

The email contains a coded link, valid only for this order, under which a review can be submitted. Once a review is submitted for an order, no further reviews can be made for that order.

Anonymous reviews or reviews without an order are not allowed.

How does it work?

An order can be rated with 1 to 5 stars (rating scores). From the simple average of the scores of all submitted product reviews, an overall score is calculated.

The grading is defined as follows:

  • 5 stars: Love it
  • 4 stars: Like it
  • 3 stars: Not bad
  • 2 stars: Don't like it
  • 1 star: Dislike it completely

In addition to the rating scores, the customer must provide a short title and comment to share their experiences in their own words.

Publication

Upon submitting the review, the customer must explicitly consent to the publication of the review on our site. Only the customer's first name, star rating, title, and description in their own words will be published. No personal data, such as last names, will be disclosed.

Influence

We do not offer any benefits, special conditions, discounts, or other incentives for submitting a positive review or withdrawing a negative one. As a compensation for the effort of providing feedback, we occasionally reward the submitted review with actions such as vouchers or reimbursements. The "reward" is not influenced by whether the review is positive or negative. The result of the review (positive/negative) is not influenced at all. We value getting feedback from the customer, which rarely happens without incentives.

Third-party Reviews

There are no third-party reviews for our shop, such as those through Google, Trusted Shop, etc.
